ELIGIBILITY
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: We provide complimentary replacements for any shipping errors or transit damage.
- Preference Exchange: Available for unopened items only. A 50% restocking fee plus return shipping applies.
Note: For hygiene and quality assurance, opened items are non-returnable.

PROCEDURE
1. Contact us with photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Await official authorization before returning the shipment.
3. Upon inspection and balance settlement, your new selection will be dispatched.
